Return Process

  Comfort Trial Period

  Sleep on your new mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adjust to the new support system before initiating a return.

  Contact Our Sleep Experts

  If you are still unsatisfied after the trial period, contact our local customer service team via phone or email to start your exchange or return request.

  Schedule a Pickup

  We will coordinate a convenient time for our professional delivery team to come to your home and inspect the mattress for removal or exchange.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the mattress is retrieved and inspected, we will process your refund or apply your credit toward a new model within 5 to 7 business days.
